Cleaning a Reversible Mat
Reversible mats are excellent mats that are ideal for both indoor and outdoor spaces. It is made of 100% polypropylene, making it a safe and recyclable plastic that is soft, flexible, and UV-resistant.
Usually, these mats do not require special care, but if you want to maintain a clean mat, it is easy to clean. You can effortlessly sweep off debris, spray it with water, or mop it to remove the dirt.
Since the mat has a woven structure, it is best to be gentle when cleaning it and avoid using sharp or abrasive cleaning products because they could easily damage the material.
With a dampened cloth or sponge, you can clean the slightly dirty surfaces, and as for the much dirtier parts, you can clean using a gentle cleaning brush or mop.
Cleaning Steps:
- Take the mat outside and sweep away debris with a broom.
- Wet the mat with a garden hose; don't worry about soaking the mat because it will easily shed water and dry quickly.
- Use any mop or cleaning cloth to clean spills, stains, or dirt.
- Rinse the mat with the hose and lay it out to air dry.
